What You Need to Know About Web Site Changes

As part of the union of A.G. Edwards and Wachovia Securities, we have launched a redesigned WachoviaSecurities.com Web site. Read on for timely information about other online changes. Save this page as a favorite so you can return quickly to check for updates about your online experience going forward.

Effective Aug. 2, the agedwards.com Web site now takes you to www.wachoviasecurities.com, which has been redesigned to represent the combined firm.

Clients With an A.G. Edwards Financial Advisor

If you started with an A.G. Edwards Financial Advisor and are signed up (or plan to sign up) to access your account information online, you will continue to log in the same way using client account access. To quickly access the log-in page, save it as a favorite. In addition, you will be able to access the log-in page from www.wachoviasecurities.com (just click A.G. Edwards Login) or by visiting www.wachoviasecurities.com/agedwards.

If you're not signed up to view your accounts online and would like to get started, you can sign up now.

Clients Who Use Personal Finance Software

If you import investment activity into Quicken® or Microsoft® Money personal finance software, beginning August 4, you may receive a one-time pop-up message, which explains that a financial information change has been made. You will be prompted to accept the change. Please accept this change to continue importing without interruption. This change is related only to a brokerage name change; there is no functional change to the way you download. When adding an investment account, A.G. Edwards will appear as "A.G. Edwards-Wachovia Securities" in the list of participating financial institutions.

When the two firms complete the integration of information systems in February 2009, all clients will access the same Web site to view online account information. Between now and February, you will find additional details about important online changes right here (www.wachoviasecurities.com/changes), so check back for updates.
